Since 2012, Wayne has helped scale businesses by combining marketing, finance, and operations responsibilities into one virtual outsourced fractional position. This helps reduce hiring costs in each position, saving time and resources.
He also saves money by using his expertise in business process outsourcing, which is hiring external service providers to handle noncore business functions and processes.
Working closely with business owners and their internal and outsourced teams, Wayne identifies and implements customized solutions and systems to drive results while focusing on cash flow and profitability improvement. Reducing the overwhelm and frustration of running a growing company.
